The Story

Bianca grew up between Brazil and Canada and has traveled extensively.  Her inspiration comes from a love for esthetic refined beauty that she developed from exposure to different cultures and growing up internationally. She grew up being encouraged to explore art and design in a household where her mother is an artist, her father an architect and her sister a photographer.

Bianca started Bianca Pratt Jewelry in 2006, after living in LA led her to designing jewelry in her free time while auditioning to be an actress. She started producing her jewelry for fun and as gifts for her friends. Her simple elegant designs quickly caught the eye of a wider audience and she started getting order requests from friends of friends and strangers that had seen her pieces.  She realized there was a demand for her fun flirty jewelry and started approaching retail stores in New York where she was then living.  She was quickly picked up by Barney’s and show cased throughout their stores in New York, Beverly Hills, and San Francisco as well as on their website.  Her following grew and she was picked up by various boutiques in New York and London, including the US flagship boutique for Matthew Williamson and by the internationally known department store Selfridges of London. Her jewelry has been photographed on Britney Spears, Sienna Miller, Sara McLaughlin, Sheryl Crow and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
